Foundever are excited to be recruiting a Temporary Customer Service Representative to support one of our eye-health clients! This home-based position will allow you to enjoy a flexible, work-life balance with a Monday to Friday working pattern. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Key Details
  • Salary: £24,960 per annum, paid monthly
  • Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (no weekends)
  • Benefits: Salary advance scheme, employee rewards platform, remote working (equipment provided)
  • Contract Type: Temporary contract until 31/12/2025, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Training: 1 week, fully paid (remote training)
  • Location: Home-based, UK only
  • Start Date: ASAP

What will I be doing?

As a Customer Service Representative with Foundever, you will provide customer support, including order processing, query handling, and sales support for one of our eye-health clients.

You’ll handle any issues and complaints relating to our client’s products via different channels, such as email and telephone calls, covering the whole European market.

You must be familiar with the basics of Microsoft Excel functionality, such as maintaining Excel tables.

  • Computer Literate: Able to confidently use other Microsoft applications such as Word and Outlook. Extra points if you have SAP knowledge!
  • Team Player: You thrive working as part of a team, with colleagues and other support teams towards mutual goals
