A leading customer service provider is hiring a Temporary Customer Service Representative. This remote position is suited for those who excel in customer support and have strong Microsoft Excel skills. You will handle customer queries and support sales for a major client. The role offers a competitive salary and a flexible working pattern from Monday to Friday.
Foundever are excited to be recruiting a Temporary Customer Service Representative to support one of our eye-health clients! This home-based position will allow you to enjoy a flexible, work-life balance with a Monday to Friday working pattern. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
As a Customer Service Representative with Foundever, you will provide customer support, including order processing, query handling, and sales support for one of our eye-health clients.
You’ll handle any issues and complaints relating to our client’s products via different channels, such as email and telephone calls, covering the whole European market.
You must be familiar with the basics of Microsoft Excel functionality, such as maintaining Excel tables.
