Capgemini Portugal is seeking an experienced telecom professional to support customer networks and Nokia Packet Core deployments. You will manage incidents, coordinate cross-functional resolutions, and provide technical guidance for network upgrades and operations.

The role emphasizes strong customer-facing communication, ITIL practices, and collaboration with Telco Cloud environments across hybrid work settings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and relevant telecom experience.
• Proven expertise with Nokia Packet Core solutions and mobile core networks.
• Experience in customer-facing support and managed services environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as end-to-end technical advocate during incident management.
• Coordinate resolution of major incidents with Nokia and customer teams.
• Lead investigations and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Provide guidance on network performance, upgrades, and lifecycle.
• Maintain relationships with customer technical and operational teams.
• Communicate operational status and risk assessments to stakeholders.
