Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Business/Technical Analyst for the Network Automation Team in Évora. You will translate business requirements into technical specs to drive automation of telecom network services and work with stakeholders, architects, and dev teams to design scalable solutions.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting designs (HLD/LLD), and aligning with OSS/BSS and service delivery, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to drive governance and continuous

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Technical Analyst in telecom environments.
• Experience with network automation and orchestration platforms.
• Experience producing functional and technical documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for network automation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and high-level solution designs.
• Define project scope, identify dependencies, and manage requirements through the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design scalable automation solutions, ensuring alignment with network operations, service delivery objectives, and enterprise architecture standards.You will be responsible for driving requirements gathering, process analysis, solution definition, and architecture documentation for automation initiatives based on platforms such as Cisco NSO and Itential Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP).
