Job summary

Revolut is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of workplace technologies. This on-site role is based in our Mexico City office.

You will handle IT requests, maintain SLAs, manage hardware lifecycles, provisioning, and vendor relationships while contributing to process improvements and new tech deployments across the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with IT systems, networks and enterprise tools.
• Expertise in endpoint device management and incident management.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and outsourced services.
• Knowledge of IT administration best practices and security.

Responsibilities

• Solve IT support requests submitted by employees.
• Ensure ticket resolution in line with SLAs.
• Resolve emergency IT incidents, including hardware issues.
• Assist new joiners with laptop provisioning and setup.
• Retrieve hardware from exiting employees and manage lifecycle.
• Manage Revolut-owned tech, office and remote hardware.
• Support implementation of new technologies or workflows.

About The Role

We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of workplace technologies. This is an on-site role based in our Mexico City office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Solving IT support requests submitted by employees
• Ensuring ticket resolution in line with defined SLAs
• Resolving emergency and unplanned IT incidents, including urgent hardware issues
• Supporting new joiners with laptop provisioning, initial IT setup, and troubleshooting
• Retrieving hardware from exiting employees and managing its lifecycle for reuse or decommissioning
• Managing Revolut-owned technology, both office-based and remote hardware
• Identifying opportunities to improve IT processes or tools
• Supporting the implementation of new technologies or workflows

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of experience with IT systems, networks, and enterprise tools, like macOS, Chrome OS, Jira/Atlassian, and Google Workspace
• Expertise in endpoint device management and incident management
• A proven ability to manage vendors and outsourced services
• Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
• Great organisational and time management skills to handle multiple support tasks efficiently
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in IT support environments
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to support team members across the business
• Fluency in English
