Your Responsibilities and Impact

As a French-speaking Technical Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide technical support for a digital marketing platform in a B2B environment
• Troubleshoot, repair, and define solutions for technical issues
• Guide clients by adjusting processes and offering tailored solutions
• Use basic coding and diagnostic skills for problem analysis
• Support clients via chat to help them achieve their marketing goals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

Skills, Qualifications and Interests

• Native-level French and good command of English (B2 or higher)
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in technical support
• Interest or general understanding of online marketing tools and products
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

What’s in It for You?

Contract & Working Hours

• 1-year renewable fixed-term contract
• Full-time position (40h/week), Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)

Salary Package

• With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1,040€ gross/month + quarterly bonus up to 400€ gross
• Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross/month + monthly bonus up to 400€ gross

Training

• Paid 7–10 week training program (100% compensated)

Relocation Package for International Candidates

• Reimbursement of flight costs after 9 months
