Os candidatos devem ter forte atenção aos detalhes e excelentes habilidades de comunicação. O trabalho é presencial no centro do Porto. Oferecemos um contrato renovável de 6 meses com um salário competitivo e um ambiente de trabalho multicultural.

• Fluente em alemão (nível C2) e forte em inglês (nível B2).

• Responder a pedidos de suporte via e-mail e chat.

Overview

We\'re looking for German-speaking Technical Support Agents to join a dynamic and international team supporting one of the world’s most popular social media platforms. If you\'re a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound support requests via email and chat, offering fast and effective solutions
• Follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to resolve user issues or escalate when needed
• Meet key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality targets
• Participate in regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance your skills

Qualifications

• German – Native or near-native (C2 level)
• English – Strong command (B2 level)
• Availability to work on-site in Porto city center (remote work is not available)
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and work ethic
• Strong written communication skills and a professional tone
• A team player – positive, collaborative, and reliable

Benefits

• Contract: 6-month renewable contract
• Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months
• Meal allowance: €7.23 per working day
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday – Starting with one morning shift, transitioning to rotating 24/7 shifts
• Days off: 2 rotating days per week
• Location: On-site in Porto city center
