Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Advisor:
  • Provide excellent customer service to the German market, solving issues and ensuring quality support.
  • Manage incoming queries related to technical issues (troubleshooting).
  • Respond to calls and emails from enterprise clients.
  • Gather information from customers and resolve queries.
  • Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone.
  • Record data accurately in CRM for follow-up and quality support.
Qualifications and skills needed:
  • Native German speaker with fluency in English.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Technical Support preferred.
  • Interest in learning and tech-savviness.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player, enthusiastic, self-starter.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer and quality-oriented.
  • Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship.
