We are looking for a Technical Solutions Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of file and messaging exchange solutions between internal teams and external partners, within a complex and secure IT environment.

Main Tasks:

• Manage projects focused on setting up technical data transfer channels (file exchange, MQ messaging, etc.)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, middleware, and network specialists
• Lead project scoping, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings
• Ensure delivery within scope, time, and quality constraints
• Handle change requests and manage impacts on production environments

Skills:

• Transfer protocols: PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS.
• Middleware: Axway CFT, Axway Secure Transport, IBM MQ.
• Encryption: PGP/GPG (data), TLS, SSH (channels).
• Networking: Firewalls, IP ranges, network topologies, leased lines.
• Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow.
• Experience with APIs (a plus).

Soft Skills:

• Strong understanding of technical flows in financial or critical systems.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management.
