AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. You will translate high-level goals into workstreams and dependencies, working directly with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and technical blockers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or equivalent
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple engineering teams
• Strong understanding of software systems, architectures, APIs, databases, and delivery processes
• Cloud experience with AWS and GCP; hands-on migration experience preferred
• Ability to break down programs into detailed workstreams, milestones, and dependencies
• Experience coordinating testing, data reconciliation, release/cutover, and production readiness
• Ownership mindset with risk management, escalation, and executive reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program across engineering teams
• Drive product integration workstreams, dependencies, testing, milestones
• Plan and coordinate the AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, validation, parallel runs, data reconciliation
• Translate initiatives into detailed workstreams and execution plans
• Work with engineering leads to understand architecture, APIs, cloud services, databases, and dependencies
• Coordinate activities across distributed teams and manage dependencies
• Establish roadmap/backlog tracking, risk management, and issue escalation
• Prepare weekly program/status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Refine roadmap/backlog as integration progresses
• Drive collaboration across teams in India and New York
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve execution and reporting
