AgileEngine is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. This role translates high-level goals into workstreams and dependencies, working directly with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and technical blockers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex technology programs with multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of software systems and APIs/integrations.
• Hands-on AWS-to-GCP migration experience desired.
• Ability to break down programs into detailed workstreams and milestones.
• Experience coordinating testing, data reconciliation, and release readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program across engineering teams.
• Drive product integration workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones.
• Coordinate AWS-to-GCP migration planning and validation.
• Translate initiatives into detailed workstreams and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to understand architecture and APIs.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and keep milestones on track.
• Establish roadmaps, risk management, and issue escalation processes.
• Prepare weekly status reports for senior management.
• Refine roadmap and backlog as work progresses.
• Foster collaboration across distributed teams (India, New York).
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve delivery and reporting.
