Fyld is hiring a Technical Functional Analyst to bridge business requirements and software development. The role focuses on collecting and documenting functional and technical requirements, with emphasis on system integrations, APIs, and data formats.

You'll collaborate closely with software development, QA and infrastructure teams, supporting functional, integration and UAT testing in an Agile environment. English fluency is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting both functional and technical requirements.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP) and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV.
• Experience with system integration projects and distributed applications.
• Ability to collaborate with software development, QA and infrastructure teams.
• Experience producing functional and technical documentation using Jira/Confluence.
• Experience supporting functional, integration and UAT testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms is valued.
