Are you ready to step up and inspire a team of support professionals in a thriving technology environment? We’re seeking a driven, empathetic, and organised individual to join us as a Tech Support Team Leader (German-speaking). In this hands-on leadership role, you will combine your passion for excellent customer service with your skills in team coaching, process optimisation, and technical troubleshooting. Guide our German-speaking support team to deliver outstanding service and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative hybrid setting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, support, and inspire a team of technical support specialists.
  • Manage daily operations to consistently meet service targets such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the escalation point for resolving complex technical issues involving software, hardware, or product usage.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and individual meetings to improve team performance and develop skills.
  • Collaborate with training and quality assurance teams to identify performance gaps and implement enhancements.
  • Compile and present performance reports and insights to management.
  • Foster a culture centered on customer satisfaction, quality, and ongoing improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in German (C1) with strong written and spoken skills; proficient in English (minimum B2).
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position in technical support or customer service.
  • Knowledge of technical products or solutions, such as consumer electronics or software platforms, is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage team performance and encourage engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
