The job
It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle tech and non-tech recruitment for specific jobs. If you're interested in generating extra revenue (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate, approximately $600 to $4,000 per successful placement) working remotely with a flexible schedule, and want to be part of something big, apply and let's have a virtual coffee! Please note, this is a success-based freelancing role, paid per successful placement.
The ideal candidate
- You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter and speak Portuguese and English fluently.
- You are fluent in both English and Portuguese, as most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.
- You possess a growth mindset and are interested in contributing to building ambi.careers from the ground up, with potential new opportunities in the mid-term.
- You are comfortable working as a freelance contractor. This role does not include a fixed salary, benefits, or full-time employment. Compensation is based on successful placements. We aim to be the #1 agency and marketplace for startups and scaleups, working with a select group of trusted freelance recruiters.
- You have some extra time to dedicate to this role, beyond just 15 minutes a day.

- You dislike speaking with candidates and clients.
- You are not interested in freelancing or success-based commissions.
- You lack empathy or have an arrogant attitude.
- English proficiency is essential, and additional fluent languages are a plus. Prior experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates is important, but if you're a fast learner and confident in your abilities, feel free to apply.
