Datahouse AG in Lisbon offers a hybrid work model with a central office and remote flexibility. We seek a Tech Lead Wüest Dimensions to translate business needs into scalable software solutions, lead architecture, and mentor teams across Switzerland and Portugal.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, grow with diverse leaders, and drive excellence in development. Fluent English and 5+ years in software development plus container experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Completed university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, incl. 1 year on a complex, long-term project.
• Experience leading technical teams and operating containerized apps (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift).
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket and PRs.
• Strong knowledge of agile methods, SCRUM.
• Highly organized team player with agile mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Your Responsibilities

As Tech Lead Wüest Dimensions, you contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment and take responsibility for the following areas:

• Requirements Analysis & Software Development: Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into innovative software solutions.
• Design & Development: Design efficient, scalable, and high-quality software architectures that align with the company’s objectives.

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development (including at least one year in a complex, long-term project)
• Proven experience in leading technical teams as well as in designing and operating containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.)
• Experience in managing the development lifecycle, particularly with Git/BitBucket and working with pull requests
• Good knowledge of agile development methods, especially SCRUM
• Highly organized team player with an agile mindset and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
