A Dellent procura um Tech Lead (.NET/C#) para atuar em projeto na área de banca e serviços financeiros, com opção de trabalho híbrido em Porto ou Lisboa.

Procuramos alguém com sólida experiência em C# .NET (9+ anos), liderança técnica, conhecimento de Azure, DevOps, SQL Server e padrões Clean Code/SOLID. Fluência em inglês (B2) é desejável e a capacidade de trabalhar num ambiente ágil internacional é essencial. A posição oferece formação constante, seguro de saúde e oportunidades de crescimento.

Qualificações

• Formação Superior em Engenharia, Ciências de Computação ou IT.
• Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento C# .NET, idealmente 9+ anos.
• Liderança técnica ou mentoria prévia.
• Experiência com .NET Framework 4.8+ e .NET 8+.
• Forte conhecimento de arquitetura de software, Clean Code, SOLID e TDD.
• Experiência com SQL Server / Azure SQL, Git, Gitflow e Azure DevOps.
• Experiência com serviços Azure como Azure Pipelines, Repos, Blob Storage, App Service e App Configuration.
• Experiência com Jira e Confluence.
• Experiência com o ciclo de vida completo de aplicações, incluindo suporte em produção.
• Experiência em banca/fintech é uma grande vantagem.

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business. We are looking for a Tech Lead (.Net/C#) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements

• Higher Education in Engineering, Computer Science or IT;
• Strong experience in C# .NET development, ideally 9+ years;
• Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience;
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.8+ and .NET 8+;
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, Clean Code, SOLID and TDD;
• Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL, Git, Gitflow and Azure DevOps.;
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Pipelines, Repos, Blob Storage, App Service and App Configuration;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with the full application lifecycle, including production support;
• Banking, payments or fintech experience is a strong advantage.

Other Requirements

• English Language (B2 minimum) is mandatory;
• Portuguese Language (B2 minimum) is nice to have;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Autonomous, pragmatic and comfortable working in an international Agile environment;
• Able to lead through technical expertise and collaboration, while remaining a strong team player.
