A Dellent busca um Tech Lead - .NET para atuar num projeto em Porto, em regime híbrido. O candidato ideal traz 7+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento e pelo menos 5 anos em .NET, com atuação anterior em liderança técnica e mentoria.

Você trabalhará na liderança técnica de projetos, desenhará soluções em nuvem, orientará equipes de desenvolvimento, e colaborará com Product Owners e clientes para entregar resultados de alta qualidade, com foco em DevOps, segurança de API e práticas ágeis.

Qualificações

• 7+ anos de experiência prática em desenvolvimento de software, com pelo menos 5 anos em .NET.
• Experiência comprovada como Technical Lead ou mentor técnico.
• Conhecimento sólido de AWS ou Azure, microserviços, Docker e Kubernetes.
• Forte experiência em DevOps, CI/CD, Gitflow, IaC e gestão de configuração.
• Entendimento de segurança de APIs, privacidade de dados e metodologias Ágil/Scrum.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar a execução técnica de projetos .NET complexos.
• Fornecer orientação técnica prática aos developers, incluindo decisões de arquitetura e revisões de código.
• Desenhar soluções robustas em nuvem, alinhadas com requerimentos do cliente.
• Colaborar com Product Owners, clientes e stakeholders para alinhar requisitos e prazos.

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. In this project you'll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are looking for a Tech Lead - .NET to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).

Profile:

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 5 years with .NET, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or technical mentor, with a track record of building and supporting high-performance engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure, microservices architecture, design patterns, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Gitflow, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management and deployment patterns.
• Strong understanding of API security, data privacy and Agile/Scrum methodologies, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilities

• Lead the technical execution of complex .NET projects, ensuring delivery, quality, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers, including architecture decisions, coding challenges, technical blockers, mentoring and code reviews.
• Design robust and scalable end-to-end cloud solutions, aligned with client requirements and modern software engineering practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, clients and technical stakeholders to align business requirements, priorities, delivery timelines and SLA commitments.
• Identify technical debt and improvement opportunities, while ensuring effective documentation, knowledge sharing, onboarding and continuous improvement across the team.
