Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Tech Lead Frontend & Mobile to own delivery of large-scale digital products with a focus on React and React Native. You will lead a squad, mentor engineers, and work with Product Owners, Architects, and Platform teams to shape technical decisions and ensure high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes engineering excellence, scalable architectures, and close collaboration across teams in a fintech/regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong frontend and mobile architecture skills.
• Expertise with React and React Native.
• Solid knowledge of cloud-native environments (Azure).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering squad and mentor engineers.
• Own end-to-end delivery of squad initiatives.
• Act as Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies.
• Define frontend/mobile architecture for scalable solutions.
• Drive best practices including automated testing and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Platform teams.
• Foster high-performing engineering culture.
