Decskill is seeking a React Software Developer to join a large-scale enterprise frontend team. You will design, develop, and lead complex frontend features in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with Product, Design, Backend, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will mentor engineers, establish frontend standards, and contribute to scoping and strategic decisions while driving performance and code quality across the codebase.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with React.
• Advanced expertise in React Hooks, Context API, component architecture and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including advanced typing, generics and scalable type design.
• Experience with modern state management such as Zustand or Context API.
• Solid knowledge of React Router and design systems, theming and Storybook.
• Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend testing (Vitest).
• Familiarity with Vite, bundling, and frontend performance optimization.
• Contributions to open-source React or frontend projects are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontend architecture and establish coding standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Resolve complex frontend challenges and guide high-impact components.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend and other teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Ensure automated quality controls, tests, and documentation stay current.
• Drive refactoring, performance improvements, and scalability initiatives.
