Luza Group is seeking a Tech Lead Automation Engineer to drive test automation across HMI, API and Batch environments. You will design, develop and maintain automated tests, guide the automation strategy, and collaborate with development and Product teams in a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software testing, strong QA practices, and hands-on experience with Cypress, Python and related tools in Agile settings.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software testing experience with leadership as a Tech Lead Automation Engineer
• Strong knowledge of test automation and QA best practices
• Experience with Cypress and Python; familiarity with Sauce Labs, Xray, Git and Postman
• Experience with UFT and VBA; knowledge of MongoDB
• Experience with automated testing across HMI, API and Batch environments
• Experience working in Agile environments

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the test automation strategy and technical direction

• Identify, document and track bugs, regressions and incidents using Mantis or JIRA
• Maintain and evolve the automated test estate in collaboration with development and Product teams
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and software factory processes
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and test automation industrialisation
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with experience as a Tech Lead Automation Engineer;
• Strong experience in test automation and QA best practices;
• Strong knowledge of Cypress and Python;
• Experience with Sauce Labs, Xray, Git and Postman;
• Experience with UFT and VBA;
• Knowledge of MongoDB;
• Experience with automated testing across HMI, API and Batch environments;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Good problem-solving and anomaly detection skills;
• Italian – B2 and Portuguese – B1;
• Strong communication, interpersonal and consulting skills;
• Team-oriented, adaptable and able to manage pressure:
