Sovos is hiring a Technical Lead for TechOps & Infrastructure in Portugal. You will mentor engineers, shape platform reliability, and scale cloud-native systems across a global network. You will drive architecture, CI/CD, and IaC to ensure robust production readiness.

Ideal candidates have hands-on DevOps/SRE experience, cloud architecture skills, and a track record of leading teams in complex operations. Strong automation and security focus is required.

Qualifikationen

• Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree through work experience or education.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE/Cloud Infrastructure with leadership or mentoring roles.
• Knowledge of cloud-native systems, observability stacks, and security best practices.

Aufgaben

• Mentor SREs and infrastructure engineers, fostering rapid execution and learning.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and operational standards for production readiness.
• Lead design, provisioning, and deployment of cloud infra, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advocate IaC practices and review deployment manifests and architecture proposals.
• Define disaster recovery plans and runbooks, coach adoption.
• Integrate reliability practices, automated testing, and incident response.
• Leverage AI tools to improve automation and infra optimization.
