What you'll be doing :

  1. Lead a team, establishing a technical vision, resolving technical disagreements, and ensuring successful solutions;
  2. Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and set deadlines/goals;
  3. Stay updated with web technologies, software architecture principles, and design patterns, continually improving processes;
  4. Implement engineering best practices, including automated development pipelines and testing;
  5. Develop and refine software quality processes and lifecycles;
  6. Collaborate with infrastructure and other tech leads to define and improve architecture;
  7. Create a productive and inspiring environment, participate in training, provide coaching, monitor performance, motivate, recognize, and reward high performers;
  8. Assist HR and Hiring Managers in R&D, motivation, and retention efforts.

What you need to have:

  1. Previous experience as a Tech Lead/Team Lead or strong leadership skills;
  2. Extensive web development experience (+5 years);
  3. Familiarity with our main tech stack (Go and Node.js);
  4. Strong background in event/microservice architecture;
  5. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English;
  6. Strong time management and organizational skills;
  7. Proactive, flexible, problem-solving, and decision-making attitude;
  8. Commitment to quality and good coding practices;
  9. People-oriented mindset, capable of building relationships and motivating teams.
Our compensation ranges from €48,360 to €75,995 annually, including base salary, variable components, net equity, and benefits. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, location, and market factors. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and recognition.
