PrimeForge Manufacturing seeks a Teamlead to guide a team in Portugal. You will assign tasks, provide guidance, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met. A strong focus on organization and communication is essential for success in this contract role.

No prior experience is required; having a visa to work in Portugal is preferred. The position is open to all nationalities across the Setúbal/Almada area.

• As a Teamlead you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure successful completion of projects


• Your main duties will include assigning tasks providing guidance and support and monitoring team performance


• You will also be in charge of creating schedules and ensuring deadlines are met


• We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills


• This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month


• No prior experience is required but having your own visa to work in Portugal is preferred
