The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, at least 3 years of leadership experience, and strong English communication skills (Portuguese a plus).

As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team and ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
