As a Team Lead at our growing company in Funchal you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks You will be a key player in driving our companys success through effective leadership communication and organization

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals and ensure they are working towards achieving company goals
• Set clear expectations and provide guidance and support to team members
• Monitor project progress and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on team progress

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize tasks delegate responsibilities and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English Portuguese language skills are a plus
