Job summary

Family Assist in Faro, Portugal, is seeking a Teamlead to guide a team and drive projects to timely completion. You will coach team members, monitor progress, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, at least 3 years in a leadership role, and fluency in English (Portuguese a plus). This role offers a competitive salary and relocation support for candidates outside Faro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
