KnowlegeBridge in Almada, Portugal seeks an experienced Teamlead to guide a growing team and ensure on-time delivery of projects. This full-time role offers a salary of 1100$ monthly and accommodation.

You will lead, coach, assign tasks, monitor progress, and collaborate across departments. The role requires at least two years in a similar position, fluent English, and willingness to relocate to Almada with international travel when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar Teamlead role.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Biometric passport for international travel (preferred).
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Almada, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
