Job summary

RetailHub Sourcing is seeking a Team Lead for our Faro, Portugal office. You will supervise a team, drive performance, facilitate onboarding, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high service standards across departments.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, handles tight deadlines, and adapts to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Portuguese language skills are a plus, and willingness to work flexible hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve performance goals
• Train and onboard new team members
