We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Faro, Portugal. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure successful project delivery. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring they are motivated and working towards common goals
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient project coordination
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance for improvement
• Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary support for their development
• Collaborate with other Team Leads to develop strategies for improving overall team performance
• Analyze project requirements and allocate tasks accordingly among team members
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints
• Facilitate effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a diverse team towards success
• Experience in project management methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
