Flyper in Faro is seeking a proactive Team Lead to oversee a small team and drive project delivery. You will guide, coordinate, and mentor team members to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and collaboration across disciplines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least two years in a leadership position, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in project management software preferred.

Team Lead
