Qualificações

• Experience with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum is an advantage.

Kairos is a vibrant, growing, international Catholic school, situated close to the sea in Cascais, Portugal. We are seeking a Guide for our Lower Adolescent Programme environment, to commence in January 2026. This is a full time position, with a multi-year contract. AMI Montessori Training is required; an Adolescent Diploma is preferred.

The Adolescent Guide will serve as a member of a cooperative team of educators. All teachers on the team work together to create a positive learning environment through instruction, supervision and observation, consistent with Montessori philosophy and responsive to the needs of our adolescent learners. Our adolescents participate in Production and Exchange projects via a working farm and the running of several micro economy businesses. Their Community and Hospitality is an important pillar through practical life, including cooking, and reaching out into the wider community through service.

Experience with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum as well as the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is an advantage.
Fluent English language skills are required.
