Henley & Partners, a leading global citizenship and residency advisory firm, seeks a Tax Assistant to support the Tax team in preparing and administering personal income tax matters for individual clients in Portugal.

You will ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and compliance with Portuguese tax requirements, while coordinating with Tax, Legal, and Compliance teams to maintain client records and deadlines.

Qualificações

• Must-have: degree in accounting/taxation/finance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Portuguese taxation and/or accounting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with fiscal representation management and maintain client registry.
• Support AT Portal registrations and monitor deadlines.
• Assist in preparing Modelo 3 and IRS annexes under supervision.
• Perform tax calculations, simulations and basic tax analysis.
• Respond to client queries and keep tax documentation up to date.
