Henley & Partners, a leading citizenship and residency advisory firm, is seeking a Tax Assistant to join our Lisbon team. You will support the Tax team in personal income tax matters, ensure documentation accuracy, and help with deadlines and compliance with Portuguese tax requirements.

The role offers exposure to IRS work, client communications, and collaboration with Tax, Legal and Compliance teams in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, administration, or related field.
• Portuguese language advanced to native level and English communication proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of Portuguese taxation rules (IRS) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support maintenance and updating of client registry for fiscal representation.
• Assist with registering and updating fiscal representation information on the AT Portal (Portal das Finanças).
• Support the monitoring of AT notifications and relevant tax deadlines.
