Qualificações

Opportunity : Talent & Business Partner

Responsibilities
  • Be the headhunter extraordinaire: identify and approach top tech talent on LinkedIn and beyond, leaving no stone unturned.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for technical and functional roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements—even when they're still evolving.
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience from first outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Act as the bridge between talent and business needs: proactively engage with clients to understand their challenges and future hiring plans.
  • Spot and cultivate new business opportunities through client interactions and industry networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape recruitment solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Build long-term partnerships by providing consultative insights on market trends and talent availability.
Profile sought

Education : Degree in HR, Psychology, Management or something else people-related: we’re open-minded like that.

Experience :

  • At least 2 years in talent acquisition/headhunting, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Strong client-facing skills with experience in business development or talent advisory preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Technical Skills :

  • LinkedIn Recruiter expertise is essential.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (and yes, keeping them organized!).
  • Fluent in English for both professional communication and networking.
