Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing and interview skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Braga studio and multiple lines.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates across channels.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, motivation, and culture.
• Build and maintain healthy talent pipelines for recurring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear candidate communications.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring outcomes.
