Job summary

Closer Consulting, a Portugal-based Data Science company, is expanding and looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to recruit IT profiles across software development, data and engineering.

You will join a fast-paced team, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, and help design career paths while working partly from home and onsite at our Carnaxide office twice a week.

Fluency in English is mandatory and a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting IT profiles (software development, data, engineering, etc.).
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools;
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive and team-oriented with a passion for delivering results.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Flexibility to work onsite 2 times a week at our Carnaxide office (mandatory).
