Quanteam seeks a Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, translating business needs into insights.

Qualificações

• This role requires 2+ years of Tableau Developer experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and ETL.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas) and data analysis.
• Excellent English communication and proactive automation mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Traders, Data Engineers, and Analysts.
• Work with large datasets with focus on data quality and availability.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and ETL/data processing workflows using SQL and Python.
• Troubleshoot and improve performance of dashboards and data solutions.
• Provide user training and maintain clear documentation.

MAIN TASKS

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports, translating business needs into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Traders, Data Engineers, and Analysts to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, accuracy, integrity, and availability.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and ETL/data processing workflows using SQL and Python.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously improve the performance and usability of existing dashboards and data solutions.
• Provide user training and maintain clear documentation of dashboards, reports, data sources, and processes.
• Contribute to the development of data solutions using Tableau, APIs, chatbots, and other relevant technologies.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and ETL processes.
• Professional experience with Python, particularly Pandas, and data analysis/engineering.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset towards automation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly; knowledge or interest in financial markets is a plus.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between 20.000€ to 31.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
