Job Description:

Are you a Polish speaker and a social media enthusiast? We are recruiting a T3 Developer Support Agent - Polish speaking in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Developer Support Agent helps developers using our tool by resolving issues, managing escalations, and providing clear communication and detailed research. The support team ensures developers receive timely and effective assistance to maintain and improve their apps. Support is provided via email and chat.

  • Manage and resolve all escalations/appeals from developers regarding actions taken on their apps;
  • Simplify complex issues to create clear summaries over email, ticketing software, and chat to communicate effectively with developers and teammates;
  • Conduct detailed research with high attention to detail;
  • Handle multi-tasking and complex decision-making;
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, understanding app store policies, and demonstrating developer (end-customer) empathy;
  • Review, maintain, and curate data; proofread and review documents for publishing.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English;
  • 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Problem-solving aptitude;
  • High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory);
  • Valid work permit in Portugal.
