CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the design, development, and delivery of adult learning solutions. You will collaborate with SMEs to define training needs and create impactful eLearning using Articulate, while maintaining assets and assessing outcomes.

The role emphasizes project management across multiple initiatives, adherence to clinical research regulations, and continuous improvement of learning programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally 2+ years in designing and deploying learning solutions for adults.
• A portfolio or ability to demonstrate high-quality eLearning products.
• 2 years’ experience in the clinical research industry at a CRO or pharma/biotech company.

Responsabilidades

• Define training requirements with stakeholders and identify suitable delivery modalities.
• Lead development and implementation of training solutions using Articulate or other software.
• Maintain and revise learning assets for target audiences and learning objectives.
• Serve as project manager across simultaneous training initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
• Create assessments to measure understanding and skills acquisition.
• Analyze metrics on training efficacy and recommend process improvements.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning theories to training strategies.
• Collaborate across departments to improve training efficacy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on current trends in Instructional Design and clinical research regulations.

• Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand and define training requirements and propose appropriate learning strategies that successfully meet the needs of the target audience and involve suitable training delivery modalities.
• Lead development and implementation of identified training solutions with Articulate or other software solutions.
• Maintain and revise existing learning assets, keeping specific audience, learning modality, and other considerations in mind while always looking for the most efficient way to meet the desired learning objectives.
• Serve as project manager on simultaneous training and development initiatives while able to adjust to changes in priorities or scope of projects as needed.
• Create assessments that measure comprehension and skill acquisition.
• Analyze and communicate metrics on training efficacy, recommend revisions to training and training-related processes to facilitate continuous quality improvement.
• Apply and lead training strategies based on sound instructional design and adult learning theories, methods and techniques.
• Collaborate intra- and interdepartmentally to enhance training efficacy and efficiency.
• Keep up to date with current trends in Instructional Design and Learning and Development and clinical research regulations.
