CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services seeks an experienced instructional designer to shape adult learning programs across clinical research contexts. You will design, develop, and deploy eLearning content and live training, translating complex topics into engaging, results-driven content.

The role requires a BA/BS in instructional design or related field and 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in CRO or pharma settings.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or related field.
5 years of relevant professional experience designing, developing, and deploying learning solutions for adults.
2 years’ experience in the clinical research industry at a CRO or pharma/biotech company.

Responsabilidades

Work with internal stakeholders and SMEs to understand and define training requirements and propose delivery modalities.
Lead development and implementation of identified training solutions with Articulate or other software solutions.
Maintain and revise existing learning assets with audience and modality in mind while optimizing delivery.
Serve as project manager on simultaneous training initiatives and adjust to changing priorities.
Create assessments that measure comprehension and skill acquisition.
Analyze and communicate metrics on training efficacy and drive continuous quality improvement.
Apply instructional design and adult learning theories to training strategies.
Collaborate across departments to enhance training efficacy and efficiency.
Keep up to date with trends in Instructional Design and regulatory considerations.
