Job summary

A2It Technology is looking for an experienced Microsoft systems administrator in Portugal to design, implement, and manage enterprise infrastructures. The role focuses on server virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), SQL Server, and hardware deployment across rack servers in a high-availability environment.

You will monitor and optimize network services, ensure security, and maintain documentation. A 5+ year background in IT infrastructure and ITIL familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft systems administration.
• Solid experience with virtualized environments: Hyper-V and VMware.
• Experience with hardware from major vendors: HPE, Dell, IBM.
• Installation and configuration of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of networking technologies and protocols: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN.
• ITIL knowledge (preferably ITIL Foundation 2011).
• Microsoft certifications (valued).
