Vidispine in Portugal is seeking a System Integrator to support the implementation of VidiNet solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver and integrate media asset management solutions.

In this client-facing role, you will configure and support media workflows, assist with API-based integrations, and participate in system setup, testing, and go-live activities. Travel to client sites across Europe may be required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, System Integration, or similar roles.
• Experience contributing to technical projects in IT, software, or media environments.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the implementation of VidiNet Media Asset Management solutions in customer environments.

We’re looking for a System Integrator to support the implementation of VidiNet solutions for our customers. This is a client-facing role where you will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver and integrate media asset management solutions.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to the implementation of VidiNet Media Asset Management solutions in customer environments
• Work with customers to understand requirements and support solution design
• Configure and support media workflows (e.g., ingest, processing, metadata, distribution)
• Assist with integrations across third-party media and broadcast systems
• Support implementation of API-based integrations with external platforms
• Participate in system setup, testing, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to support delivery outcomes
• Help deliver customer workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Contribute to improving delivery practices and implementation processes

Experience

• Experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, System Integration, or similar roles
• Experience contributing to technical projects in IT, software, or media environments
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience designing or configuring BPMN workflows is a plus (e.g. Camunda or similar workflow engines)
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or web services
• Understanding of data-driven systems (e.g., SQL)
• Exposure to Linux environments, containers (e.g., Docker), or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is helpful
• Knowledge of media workflows or broadcast systems is beneficial but not required

Tools & Technologies

• Observability or logging tools (e.g., OpenSearch)
• Version control or CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub)
• Configuration or automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef)
