wTVision in Portugal (Lisbon) is seeking a Deployment Technician to join our deployment team, delivering and supporting broadcast solutions for clients worldwide. You deploy, configure, and maintain On-Air Graphics, AR, and Playout systems; you will work with internal teams and clients to ensure reliability during live productions.

• Degree or technical qualification in Video/Telecom or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional broadcast experience.
• Strong knowledge of network systems.
• Video and audio technologies knowledge.
• Basic understanding of programming and electronics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced production environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good English (C1+).
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel internationally.

What You’ll Do

As a Deployment Technician, you’ll join our Deployment team, playing a key role in delivering and supporting wTVision solutions for broadcasters around the world.

You’ll be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining systems such as On-Air Graphics, Augmented Reality, and Playout solutions, ensuring reliable performance before and during live productions. Working closely with technical teams and clients, you’ll help deliver high quality broadcast solutions across a wide range of international projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in Video Engineering, Audio Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the Broadcast industry.
• Strong knowledge of network systems.
• Knowledge of video and audio technologies.
• Basic understanding of programming and electronics.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast paced production environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English (C1 or higher).
• Valid driving licence.
• Availability for frequent national and international travel.

Nice-to-Have / Plus

• Experience deploying broadcast graphics or playout solutions.
• Familiarity with live production workflows.
• Experience supporting international broadcast projects.
• Interest in broadcast technology, media, or live production environments.
