KEO Group is seeking a Project Manager – Green Building & Sustainability to join the Sustainability team in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. You will deliver high-profile sustainable building projects across Portugal and internationally, focusing on green building design, sustainability consulting and certification.

The role requires 5+ years in sustainability, LEED/WELL certification management, and fluent Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in the built environment and/or sustainability-related fields.
• 2+ years of relevant experience managing sustainability certifications, with LEED and/or WELL experience.
• Active LEED AP certification, or commitment to obtain LEED AP/WELL AP within 3 months.
• Travel within Portugal and internationally as required.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and/or support delivery of green building, sustainability and certification projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate LEED, BREEAM, WELL and other certification processes and related documentation.
• Provide technical advice on sustainable building design and energy efficiency.
• Review design proposals to improve sustainability performance and certification outcomes.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, resources and timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to support sustainability objectives.
• Support business development and growth of sustainability services in Portugal and Europe.
