Q ENERGY is looking for an HSQE Manager to support construction and operational activities in Portugal, including PV plants, wind farms, and storage projects. You will ensure alignment with group standards and local regulations, acting as the onsite HQSE expert and driving audits, risk management, and QHSE improvements across Porto and Lisbon.

Requirements include a TSST or HSQE degree, 5+ years in energy/construction, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HSQE Management or TSST certification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in energy, construction or industry.
• Experience in setting up ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 is a plus.
• Internal auditing experience.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Porto and sites in Portugal.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HQSE activities across the construction and delivery of PV projects in Portugal.
• Act as the onsite HQSE expert, working with EPC teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and follow-up actions.
• Support the implementation of HQSE procedures, processes and tools.
• Coordinate incident and near-miss reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee HQSE activities including training, medical exams, PPE, waste management, and environmental compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and support external audits and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese HSE legislation across Porto and Lisbon offices and projects.
