We are looking for an Amazing: Support - Academy

Seniority: Trainee (0-2 years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology;
• 0-2 years of experience as a Production Support;
• Knowledge with SQL, Linux, Ansible and Observability/Monitoring tools;
• Work resolving incidents, answering user requests and monitoring production environments;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Being already in Portugal and Lisbon - hybrid model 2x per week.
