Supply Chain Planning Department is part of Global Supply Chain. The team is responsible for balance demand and supply, ensuring an optimized plan for Vestas and enabling seamless distribution and delivery of components to our construction sites.

Responsibilities

You will support our portfolio planning teams across onshore, offshore, and you will enable the teams to deliver a fully optimized plan driven from a mindset of process standardization and digitalization. Your main responsabilities will be:

• Define & Develop Analytical Dashboards as part of maturing the planning processes (Power-BI/SAC)
• Develop and mature the planning processes in collaboration with the planning teams
• Interface to Digital Solutions on the continued journey to digitalize planning processes
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions to support business priorities
• Participate in scalable core representing supply chain planning. Scalable Core is an end-to-end enterprise project setting the future blueprint for Vestas
• With business process owner(s) ensure process documentation, standardization, and adaptation of planning processes across the business

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with complex supply chains in a global environment
• Demonstrated experience in executing, developing and implementing planning processes (IBP, S&OP, and S&OE)
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable road maps for implementation
• Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Experience with digital transformation and supply chain technologies
• Focused, willing, and illustrating a solid commitment to ownership
• Highly proficient in networking and effectively managing stakeholders
• Structured, methodical, and skilled at working with processes and systems
• Ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts and develop clear, actionable solutions
• Holistic mindset and ability to see the potentials from a total supply chain perspective and continuously seeks new ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency through creative solutions
• An effective collaborator who engages with cross-functional teams to collect varied insights and reach agreement on streamlined solutions
