As Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, production planning, logistics and customer service. Operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated and constantly evolving environment, the role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence to ensure seamless product flow, on-time deliveries, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with production, procurement, and quality departments to align supply chain processes with business goals. This is an on-site role, based across both facilities in Setúbal and Alcochete, with flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.
