To continue our growth story, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager & ERP Product/Process Owner (100%) in our Services Center in Moreira da Maia in Portugal.

In this newly created role, you have the unique opportunity to combine your experience in operations management, business analysis, project management, and management consulting on a mission to implement HeiQ's new global ERP (Odoo) and Create the highest level of efficiency possible within our organization.

Responsibilities include:
  1. ERP Implementation Project:
  • Providing agile project leadership, determining project phases, and ensuring team understanding of methodology and roles.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories, process mapping, KPI, and data model definition.
  • Grooming and prioritizing the product backlog, setting sprint goals, and managing releases from concept to deployment.
  • Aligning stakeholder expectations with team capacity and delivery timelines.
  • Driving review and retrospective meetings, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding users, providing system training, and facilitating change management globally.
  • Operations Improvement & Supply Chain Focus:
    • Working across departments to identify strategies for efficiency, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
    • Ensuring compliance with processes and data quality standards.
    • Providing cross-functional analysis, developing cost-saving strategies, and supporting implementation.
    • Building scalable models, recommending new tools and practices.
    • Supporting financial planning and reporting related to supply chain.
    • Driving digitalization and automation of core business systems.
    • Enhancing procurement, production, and delivery processes for efficiency.
    • Supporting integration of M&A activities or divestments.
    Qualifications:
    • At least 5 years of practical experience.
    • Structured, diligent, pragmatic, result-driven mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable advising senior management.
    • Proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.
    • Bachelor or Master in Operations/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent.
    • Experience in designing end-to-end finance processes in multi-company ERP systems, ideally with Odoo.
    • Experience in industry operations/controlling and management consulting.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Project management experience, preferably agile and PMI certified.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Experience in multi-geography and virtual environments.
    • Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups is a plus.
