You will coordinate supplier quality activities, manage supplier claims with the 8D methodology, and support supplier development initiatives in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualificações

• Technical degree in a related field (Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial).
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and automotive core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, 8D).
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AEC-Q and other automotive quality requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Perform incoming inspections of purchased materials and components.
• Coordinate supplier sampling activities, approvals, and timing plans (IR, ISIR, PPAP, PPF).
• Manage supplier claims using the 8D methodology, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Follow up on action plans, monitor deadlines, and support escalations as needed.
• Participate in supplier assessments and audits, including POT analyses and VDA evaluations.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work in a dynamic, international automotive environment, coordinating supplier quality activities, managing supplier claims and approvals, and supporting supplier development initiatives. Your contribution will be key to ensuring product quality, supplier performance, and operational excellence.

Your contribution will be key to ensuring product quality, supplier performance, and operational excellence.

• Perform incoming inspections of purchased materials and components.
• Coordinate supplier sampling activities, approvals, and timing plans (IR, ISIR, PPAP, PPF).
• Manage supplier claims using the 8D methodology, ensuring effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Follow up on action plans, monitor deadlines, and support escalations when required.
• Participate in supplier assessments and audits, including POT analyses, process audits, and VDA-based evaluations.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AEC-Q, and other automotive quality requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is considered a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
