Qualificações

JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for someone with experience in automotive parts quality to perform the following main tasks:
• Ensure supplier response quality in terms of deadlines, criteria, and expected format.
• Follow up on system audits, process audits, non-conformity audits, and firewall audits.
• Manage warranty incidents.
• Ensure supplier compliance with performance indicators.
• Lead action plans to achieve the expected level.
• Ensure that the quality of documentation and process progress are within the agreed timeframe.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for engineers capable of defining the world, finding new challenges, and exceeding objectives. People who think outside of the box to redefine what is possible.

• Minimum education: Technical Engineer.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, design, and validation of automotive components.
• Knowledge of Quality tools: audits, 8D, process analysis and validation (4M, Ishikawa, 5W, IS/ISNOT, FTree, FMEA, R-FMEA, control plan).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to travel to suppliers in Spain and Europe.
• Advanced English: strong written and spoken negotiation skills.
• Ability to synthesize information and present to the Management Committee as a lead on the topic.
• Availability to travel to international suppliers (Europe).
• Knowledge of electronics is desirable.
